Glacier Nationl Park - January 2011

Last summer we visited Micky while she was employed at Two Medicine . This is the view of Mount Sinopah from the webcam in the dead of winter.

Awesome!

Lake McDonald is the largest lake in the park. It is 10 miles long, 1.5 miles wide and 472 feet deep. It is only 3,153 feet above sea level and is the lowest valley in the entire park. The white mountain peaks rising over the lake in the winter are breathtaking. It is 7 degrees today!
